Job Description

  • Define the creative vision for brands, advertising campaigns, and marketing messages to develop the most customer-obsessed products available

  • Produce various content types, collaborating on go-to-market content standards, designed in line with brand values and needs while also considering best practices on digital platforms

  • Communicate design intent and rationale to deliver digitally-centric campaign thinking that connects with and engages our youth audience in meaningful ways

  • Lead cross-channel campaigns from concept to delivery, working with marketing team to ensure that concepts & art direction are on strategy

  • Showcase an always-on curiosity, staying up-to-date on trends and bringing fresh ideas to the team to inspire their creativity

  • Maintain and elevate brand standards, creating cohesive experiences across all touchpoints

  • Present design concepts to senior leadership in Creative and Marketing determining the scope of projects and delivering the desired storytelling

  • Drive detailed planning for shoots, including collaboration with photographers, videographers, stylists, locations scouts, and other contributors, both creative and logistical

  • Able to draw upon experience and understanding to estimate and inform timelines, shortlists, and capture expectations in order to successfully execute shoots

  • Motivate and mentor a team of visual designers to produce high-quality creative ideation, development, and execution of cross-channel deliverables


Requirements

  • Minimum of 05 years of work experience in creative project and designer

  • Bilingual (Vietnamese – English)

  • Excellent leadership, management and organizational skills

  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

  • Able to conceptualize and execute projects

  • Be a brand development and communications expert

  • Ability to think both strategically and creatively

  • Ability to maintain steady professionalism throughout aggressive deadlines and changing priorities

  • Impeccable attention to detail, excellent art direction and design sensibility
